As vide dressing do not seem to care for my emails and only to reply to bad reviews I will write my issue here; I sold a good condition Balenciaga bag on the 17th- the website confirmed it had arrived with the buyer however after reading the policy I should have received the payment into my wallet by now. I have emailed them three times with no answer, the most appalling customer service I have come across. My bag was very precious to me and for personal reasons in desperate need of the payment. Please do not use this website as a seller I am so upset and fear this is fraudulent. I will sadly have to go out of my way and take legal action if they continue not to respond and seemily not the only one that has had this issue. Beyond upset and worried.
